The location was convenient, with easy access to subway stations and a quiet neighborhood. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And a window cover that blocked out the daylight was a great feature.
The room was small, making it uncomfortable for two people to stay there. The bed was too soft, causing back pain that lasted for several days.

You can easily explore Tokyo, as it is situated between two major metro stations. it is conveniently located near a stop on the Yamanote line, making it easy to reach popular attractions. The room is clean and comfortable, with helpful amenities provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The language barrier can be frustrating, as the staff's level of English is limited.

We loved how clean and new the hotel was. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, as it was very near to the train station and several different train stations. This made it easy for us to explore the city and experience both the hustle and bustle of the day and the quietness of the neighborhood in the evenings. The buffet breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was superb, and we also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water we received for participating in their eco-friendly campaign. The internet/wi-fi connection was also good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. the location was great, with easy access to wider Tokyo as it was right near the subway. Secondly, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. Additionally, the rooms were well-kept and clean, with a comfortable queen-size bed. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was satisfying and had a good variety of options.
No major issues, everything was alright.
